S Y N O P S I S

Two boys, Dane (17) and Lucas (10 years old), are left alone in their new home by their mother (Susan). When exploring the basement, they discover a locked trapdoor. Hoping for treasure, they unlock it, finding a hole of seemingly endless depth. With help of the girl from next door, Julie, they try to solve the mystery, having to face their fears as they do so. Dane's fear is his dad (who might also be the hole's master), Lucas' fear was clowns, and Julie's was her dead best friend, who fell off a roller coaster ride when Julie didn't save her.
