S I N O P S I S

Kata orang, cinta tak mengenal batasan jarak tapi tak jarang pula pasangan yang berusaha menjalin cinta dari jarak yang berjauhan harus menyerah karena berbagai hambatan yang mereka hadapi. Tentu saja ini tak bisa berlaku untuk semua pasangan. Erin (Drew Barrymore) dan Garrett (Justin Long) misalnya.

Erin bertemu Garrett di sebuah bar saat ia sedang berada di New York. Dalam waktu singkat hubungan sesaat itu berlanjut menjadi sebuah kisah asmara selama liburan musim panas. Saat Erin harus kembali ke San Fransisco, baik Erin maupun Garrett sadar kalau hubungan mereka memang harus berakhir di sini.

Sayangnya, kisah asmara yang sangat singkat ini ternyata membekas cukup dalam di hati kedua orang ini. Erin tak bisa melupakan Garrett. Garret tak bisa melupakan Erin. Walaupun jarak memisahkan mereka, ditambah lagi sahabat dan kerabat yang seolah tak memberikan dukungan, nyatanya Erin dan Garrett bisa bertahan.

S Y N O P S I S

Kareena Kapoor stars as Priya, a college girl who abhors guys who drink, smoke, and lie. A tarot card reader — played by the great Kirron Kher, who acts like she’s embarrassed to be in the movie — informs Priya that she’s going to meet her soulmate on a foreign beach in seven days. The next day, Priya learns that she’s been selected to attend a youth conference in Bangkok.

At the same time, good-for-nothing fellow college student Immy (Shahid Kapoor) finagles his way onto the same trip. In Bangkok, he stumbles into Priya’s room while running from the cops and immediately falls in love with the sleeping beauty. He steals her diary and learns about the tarot card reader’s prediction. He makes sure he’s the one waiting for Priya on the beach on the seventh day.

Of course, pretending to be Priya’s fated soulmate means Immy must give up drinking and smoking. After he finally decides that being with Priya is worth abstaining, she discovers his scheme and calls the relationship off.

At this point, Milenge Milenge becomes a full-fledged Serendipity clone. The couple meet up in India when they both reach for the same item in a department store. Priya has Immy write his name and phone number on a 50 rupee note, and she writes hers inside of a book. Then she gives both the book and bill away. If Priya and Immy are destined to be together, she reasons, he’ll find the book with her name and she’ll find the note with his.

S I N O P S I S

Bermula dari kehidupan seorang pemuda bernama Agus (Ramon Jusuf Tungka) yang hatinya hancur berantakan begitu kekasihnya, Nayla (Raihaanun Soeriaatmadja) memutuskan hubungan mereka saat Nayla melanjutkan studi ke Melbourne, Australia selama 1,5 tahun. Apalagi ketika mengetahui bahwa Nayla telah mempunyai pacar baru bernama Kevin (Gary Iskak), hati Agus semakin perih.

Melihat kenyataan tersebut Agus menjadi orang yang patah semangat. Kedua sahabatnya, Wawan (Omesh) dan Raya (Richa Novisha) menghibur Agus. Tanpa disengaja Wawan dan Agus yang mengelola warnet, menemukan jawaban untuk menyelesaikan persoalan patah hatinya. Adalah Heart-Break.com, sebuah intelijen yang menjual jasa profesional bagi tiap orang yang patah hati untuk merebut kembali pasangannya yang lari, selingkuh atau direbut orang lain.

Dengan sejuta cara, Mbak Elsa (Sophie Navita), pemilik yang juga program director Heart-Break.com, mencoba memenuhi permintaan Agus. R E V I E W

The film starts with Jai Dixit (Emraan Hashmi), a youngster who sells pirated DVDs. One day, his uncle Joseph (Gulshan Grover) caught him and changed his personality completely, he changed his name to Suraj Bhardwaj and sends him off to Australia. At the airport, he meets Romi Latti, a teenager who got a scholarship to a University College. He also meets Suhani (Neha Sharma), a young girl who has come to pick Romi up. Suraj gets attracted to Suhani, and therefore he pretends to be Romi and leaves with Suhani. When Suhani finds out that he is not the real Romi, Suraj makes a run for it. Suraj then stays with Goldie, a responsible adult living with his brothers. While Suraj is at a grocery store, on phone with his uncle Joseph, he finds that Australians are attacking the shopkeeper because he is a Muslim, so Suraj finds a gun and comes out. He has the Australians on the gunpoint as the police come. Suraj remembers that his uncle told him not to get in any type of trouble with the police, so Suraj runs away. Suraj hides in Nicole's car, although he finds out Nicole is the younger sister of the Attackers. Nicole works in a strip club named 'Duke's Club'. When Suraj has to pick between Suhani and Nicole, he picks Suhani and takes the duty to be Suhani's brother, Samarth's (Arjan Bajwa) driver. When Samarth's car breaks down, Suraj has to get help, but instead he tells Romi to go and fix his car so Suhani and Suraj can have a beautiful night together. But when they are about to kiss, Samarth shows up, and concepts that Romi has been badly beaten up by Australians on the highway and Romi and Samarth are about to protest against the Australians. When Samarth is attacked, he loses his temper and kidnaps Nicole, when Suraj goes to save Nicole, it turns out that Samarth is planning to murder Nicole and blame the murder on Suraj, and he is doing all this because his sister Sheena was also murdered by the Australians once. But when he accidentally shoots Suraj, Romi comes up behind him with a shovel and smacks it round Samarth's head and he dies. The film ends with Suhani and Suraj getting back together.

S I N O P S I S

Dengan penerangan seadanya dari korek api yang ia temukan, Paul sadar kalau ia berada di sebuah ruangan yang sangat sempit. Bukan hanya sempit ternyata ia tak punya ruang gerak sama sekali.

Paul tak tahu bagaimana ia bisa berada di dalam peti mati. Paul juga tak mengerti siapa yang mengurungnya di dalam peti mati dan dengan tujuan apa. Harapan hidup Paul hanya tinggal ponsel yang ada di tangannya. Tapi itupun bukan solusi yang mudah karena ternyata Paul tidak hanya dikurung di dalam peti mati tapi juga dikubur hidup-hidup. Sebentar lagi baterai ponsel Paul akan habis sementara ia tak bisa menghubungi siapa pun.

Casino Jack is a 2010 film starring Kevin Spacey and directed by George Hickenlooper. The film focuses on the career of Washington, D.C. lobbyist, and businessman.Jack Abramoff, who was involved in a massive corruption scandal that led to the conviction of himself, two White House officials, Rep. Bob Ney, and nine other lobbyists and congressional staffers. Abramoff was convicted of fraud, conspiracy, and tax evasion in 2006 and of trading expensive gifts, meals and sports trips in exchange for political favors. He is currently living in a halfway house and is scheduled for release on December 4, 2010.

Filming took place in June 2009 in various locations across Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, including McMaster University and downtown Hamilton. The film is scheduled for release in December, 2010 and will premiere at the Toronto Film Festival.

This was Hickenlooper's final film. He died on October 30, 2010, several weeks before its scheduled national opening.
